Dan L. Dailey (retired)
Dan L. Dailey (retired) has been in law enforcement for
over 25 years. He was a Deputy with Lake County, IN Sheriff’s
Department for 25 years. He was on the Lake County Sheriff’s Department
Tactical Team as a Sniper Team Leader for 4 years and Entry Team Member
for 8 years. He is a graduate from Indiana University with Highest
Distinction. He was with Northwest Indiana Law Enforcement Academy as
a Staff Instructor/Administrator for 6 years.
He has been/is certified in the following fields:
- Master Instructor
- Academy Staff Instructor
- Psychomotor Skills Instructor (Firearms)
- NRA Law Enforcement Submachine Gun Instructor
- NRA Law Enforcement Rifle Instructor
- NRA Law Enforcement Rifle Instructor.
- Attended the FBI Sniper Observer School at the
Great Lakes Naval Station, N. Chicago, Illinois.
