David Kipper

Lieutenant

Lieutenant Kipper has served over 23 years as a Law Enforcement Officer with the US Military, City, County and State Agencies. During his career, Lieutenant Kipper has worked in Patrol, Criminal Investigations, and Training Divisions as well as several Special Weapons Teams. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.

Lieutenant Kipper is currently assigned as an Officer/Trainer at a Midwest State Law Enforcement Academy. His current Instructor responsibilities include:

• Drill Instructor

• Patrol Tactics

• Less Lethal Weapons

• Weapons of Mass Destruction

• Emergency Vehicle Operations

• Basic and Advanced Firearms

  • Handgun

  • Shotgun

  • Patrol Rifle

  • Observer / Sniper

Lieutenant Kipper is a certified armorer for several firearms manufacturers.
